Why Horses?
With keen awareness of the energy of the humans around them, horses provide opportunities to find our own authenticity, personal awareness, and how our actions affect our inter-personal relationships in both subtle and overt ways.
Horses At Heart programs incorporate a variety of activities into therapeutic and personal development sessions that provide multisensory experiences that help anchor healthy new behaviours.
Under the guidance of adept and experienced facilitators, you will engage in activities in a supportive, non-judgemental, and fun environment for personal development.
